Our Ingredients

Your skin is the largest organ of your body and ingests what you put on it so organic and natural products are the key to a healthy body, healthy skin and a healthy life. Products made with organic ingredients mean that potentially aging, harmful and toxic insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers have not been included.

We use non-harmful essential oils and the natural colours of fruits, vegetables, herbs and teas to enhance some of our products’ colours and scents.

Sodium Lauryl Sulphate is a foaming agent used in bubble bath and factory floor degreaser. SLS is commonly used in products that foam or soap up. Instead of using this harsh chemical Éminence uses Cocamidopropyl Betaine derived from coconut oil as this is a safe and effective non-irritating cleanser.

Éminence uses natural, organic ingredients as preservatives such as honey, lemon, glycine derivative from soy, salicylic acid (under 5%) derived from willow bark and rosemary to slow down the oxidization process.

Our ingredients are still hand-picked and prepped as it is part of our eco-philosophy. We employ many farm labourers in Hungary which has many community benefits.

We recommend that pregnant clients check with their Doctor for any product contraindications that may be unique to them. It is generally recommended that stimulating products should be avoided.

You will have purchased a product that contains Paprika. We use this wonderful ingredient to wake up the skin and get the circulation and oxygen moving, just like you would do to your body during exercise. This is an ideal product if you want a refreshed, enlivened skin or feel you have stubborn skin concerns that need special attention like congestion or breakouts. Consult with your Beauty Therapist if you need assistance with this.

Absolutely. Because Eminence prides itself on using no artificial colours or fragrances you will have some slight variations in colour and fragrance from time to time due to the seasonal nature of the ingredients in the product.

About Our Products

When you purchase your Eminence product it’s a good idea to use it in its entirety in 3-6 months however the shelf life can be as long as 1 year and even longer for certain products.

No, the products should be kept in a cool dry place at room temperature. They should never be stored in direct sunlight or stored above room temperature.

Shipping Information

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. 

** Please be advised that any orders placed after 11:30am on Friday’s will not be processed for Express Shipping until the following Monday**

 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What should I do if my package is delayed or has not arrived?

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please use your tracking number to monitor the status on your delivery. If you are unsuccessful in getting an update from the chosen courier, then please contact our customer care team, we will investigate the issue and provide you with assistance to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

What if I did not request Authority to Leave but my parcel was left unattended?

By default, certain couriers automatically apply Authority to Leave to orders. We prioritise the security of your package and recommend a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely but if you have not stipulated any conditions on your order, the default of ‘ATL’ will be selected.

What happens if my parcel is left unattended and goes missing or is damaged?

If your parcel is left unattended per your request for Authority to Leave or no instructions were given and goes missing and/or is damaged after delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. It’s essential to consider the security of your delivery location before selecting your delivery options.
