What to do when you want to return a purchase.

Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Eminence Organic Skin Care purchase.

Damaged Products – If your goods have been damaged in transit, you will need to advise us by email within 2 days of receipt of your products.

Reactions/Allergies – Although reactions to Eminence products are rare, if you think you may have problems using a particular product please contact by email within 7 days of receipt of your products so we can establish if you have chosen the correct product for your skin type or concern.

Faulty/Tampered Products – please notify us by email within 14 days of receipt of your products.

If the product you have purchased fits into any of the above circumstances in any way please contact admin@eminenceorganics.com.au for a PRC (Product Return Code).

Once we have approved your PRC we will offer a full product replacement or credit note. It’s your choice.

Then simply return the unused portion back to us for your choice of a replacement product, store credit or refund.

Any returned products must have been purchased through the Eminence Organic Skin Care (Australia) website and must be:

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (original invoice stating date of purchase, product description, price and method of payment).
  • Please write your approved PRC on the invoice prior to returning to us.
  • Please securely pack any products being returned so they don’t cause damage to other mail on their return.
