Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Eminence Organic Skin Care. We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Please find below the guidelines for returns regarding both change of mind and faulty or defective items.

 

Change of Mind Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For change of mind returns, we offer the following options:

Exchange: Swap your product for an alternative item.

Store Credit: Receive a store credit valid for one year.

Conditions for change of mind returns:

Item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Sets or multi-item packs must be returned in full.

Product must be in original packaging, including wrapping and box.

Sale or promotional items, as well as products bought using a coupon or promotional code, are not eligible for return.

Certain products such as brushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a change of mind return.)

Upon return, products will be inspected for quality control and hygiene. If opened or used, we cannot provide an exchange or store credit.

 

Faulty or Defective Item Returns:

If you receive a faulty or defective product, please return it within the 30-day period with proof of purchase.

We offer the following options:

Exchange: Replace the faulty or defective product.

Store Credit: Receive store credit valid for one year.

Refund: Obtain a refund for the faulty or defective product.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If a Gift Card was used, the refund will be issued as another Gift Card.

 

Returns due to Allergic Reaction:

Due to the high amount of active botanical ingredients we recommend that a skin patch test is always performed before introducing a new product to your skin care routine.  To eliminate skin reactions, we provide complimentary samples with every order to ensure the products you choose to purchase are suitable for your skin.

In addition, we provide sample packs for purchase which allow you to try multiple products for minial outlay prior to purchasing full size products.

In the event of a skin reaction/allergy, our customer service team will request a completed product returns form, record of symptoms as well as photographic evidence to provide to the Eminence Head Office for further investigation as we take our quality control very seriously.

How to begin your return:

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our errors (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Your full-priced refund will be transferred back to your account within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive the refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
