Damaged/faulty products - If you believe goods have been damaged in transit, you will need to contact us at admin@eminenceorganics.com.au within 2 days of your receipt of the relevant products. If applicable you will be issued with a PRC (Product Return Code).

Reactions/allergies - Although reactions to Eminence products are rare, if you think you may have problems using a particular product please contact us at admin@eminenceorganics.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the relevant products so we can establish if you have chosen the correct product for your skin type or for us to address any other concern. If applicable you will be issued with a PRC (Product Return Code).

If we approve a product return and issue you with a PRC we will offer a full product replacement or credit note. You will need to return the unused portion of any product/s back to obtain a replacement product or credit.
Any returned products must have been purchased through this Website and must:

• be accompanied by proof of purchase (original invoice stating date of purchase, product description, price and method of payment);
• include the PRC which should be written on the invoice prior to returning it to us; and
• be securely packed so that any further damage is not caused to other mail on their return.

Return, shipping and handling fees are not reimbursed. If you are entitled to a replacement, you will receive your next replacement product free of postage charge.
