The Owner will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment in full for the relevant product/s.
If the product you have purchased is out of stock, the order may be withheld until the ordered item is in stock (at our sole discretion). If we foresee a delay in delivery of your chosen product/s, we will either:

• advise you of the delay and the next availability of the product and offer to send any current stocked and ordered products immediately;
• advise you of a suitable alternative product if possible and send such products immediately if agreed to by you; or
• advise you of the delay and next availability of the product and hold all product/s and send such product/s out as a complete order once all products are in stock.

Goods will be posted via epost contract with Australia Post. This is a traceable post system. If you have not received your products within a reasonable amount of time please contact us at admin@eminenceorganics.com.au and we can endeavor to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.
We send all products by normal postage delivery. Express post can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact admin@eminenceorganics.com.au for current pricing.
